Instructions: Now that you have proven that there is a problem, you must research possible solutions to the problem. You must turn in this research sheet completed with two articles attached that show possible solutions and why they would work

III. There are many possible solutions to this problem. The possible solutions are: (Two articles must be attached and annotated bibliography)
Student athletes should be paid a fair salary, based on how big a box office draw he is. One of the big complaints about the present sports program is that many of these lads finish their college careers, fail as professional athletes, don't get educations, and have nothing to show for their four years. That way, when he finishes his four years, he'll have a tidy sum stashed away and won't have to go out and start robbing gas stations right away. There's a solution for that problem-a good payroll-savings plan. When the college athlete is paid, half of his earnings should be deducted and put into a safe, interest-bearing fund and if they make all-conference or All-American they should recieve a bonus.

IV. The solution I (we) propose is: (This section will become your proposed legislation. Be sure to include what agency will implement your law, proposed cost if any and effective date)
The solution to this problem would be to pay these college athletes. They should be paid based on how much money they make for the school. A certain percentage of that revenue should be givien to the player and he can do what he pleases with that money.

V. I (we) think this solution will work because: (You must use factual information to prove your solution will work)
This solution will work because athletes will be getting paid for all the hours that they put in and all the money that they generate for their school and team. It won't be an outstanding amount of cash, but it will be enough for them to spend it on food and things they want.
